The Beauchamp Executive Management Team has extensive industry experience across a wide variety of projects and project-delivery methods. The majority of the Executive Management Team has worked together in Miami since the 1980's, producing hundreds of projects for our communities, building long-term and repeat business, and maintaining the highest standards in quality, safety and value.

Donald L. Crissey
Executive Chairman
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Crissey is in charge of the total management and long-term strategic planning of Beauchamp Construction. Mr. Crissey is an original founding Principal of the Company's Miami operations, which commenced in 1980, and served as President of the Company from 1991-2010. Mr. Crissey is actively involved in the Company's day-to-day management and provides guidance to the President in overseeing all operations. A certified general contractor, Mr. Crissey is the Company's primary qualifier and earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in 1970.
 
 
Dean Thomas
President
As President, Dean Thomas leads Beauchamp Construction's day-to-day operations in our Construction, Estimating, Purchasing, Accounting, Legal and Administrative Departments. Mr. Thomas stands as the Principal-in-Charge to our clients, subcontractors, vendors, surety and the community at large. A certified general contractor, Mr. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1982 and is a Beauchamp "Lifer", with over 35 years of experience with the Company.
Jamie Artzt
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Artzt serves as Project Executive on many of Beauchamp Construction's largest and most prominent projects. Mr. Artzt is involved from the early stages of pre-construction and design, through final construction completion and turnover. Throughout construction of a project, Mr. Artzt manages the Project Manager, Superintendent and all other field personnel. He provides a project with the required diligence of issue recognition, conflict resolution, information interpretation and decision-making. Mr. Artzt acts as the Company liaison between the Owner, Architect, Consultants and all Subcontractors and keeps these parties informed of project issues and data. A certified general contractor, Mr. Artzt earned a Bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1988 (graduating first in his class) and is a Beauchamp "Lifer", with over 28 years of experience with the Company.
 
 
Maribel Hart
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
As Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer, Ms. Hart provides Beauchamp Construction and its affiliate entities with support in all phases of financial and cash management, administration and human resources. Ms. Hart's responsibilities include reporting of financial statements, cash and financial projections, general ledger analysis, tax filings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee benefits, administration and implementing/maintaining internal controls, as well as handling banking, insurance and audit relationships. Ms. Hart is a certified public accountant and a member of the FICPA, AICPA and CFMA. A certified public accountant with 32 years of experience, Ms. Hart has been with the Company for over 22 years and holds a B.A. and M.A. from St. Thomas University.
Daniel Beauchamp
Senior Vice President
As Sr. Vice President, Mr. Beauchamp is actively involved with the oversight of the Company's construction operations and day-to-day corporate decision making, planning, and cost controls. As Chief Estimator, Mr. Beauchamp is responsible for the management and coordination of the Company's Estimating Department, including preconstruction services, awarding of subcontracts, budgeting, contract negotiations, and competitive bidding. Mr. Beauchamp attended Florida International University, School of Construction Management and is a Beauchamp "Lifer", with over 26 years of experience with the Company.
 
 
Blaik Ross
Senior Vice President and Secretary
As Sr. Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Ross’ duties and responsibilities range from risk management and legal affairs, to overall operational guidance and oversight on a variety of business, construction, transactional and legal issues involving the Company and its affiliate entities. Mr. Ross is a Florida Bar Certified Construction Law Expert; Mr. Ross earned a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania and J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Ross is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Donald S. Crissey

As Project Manager, Mr. Crissey is responsible for overall coordination with the Owner, Architects, and Subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Duties include preparation of requisitions, subcontracts, scheduling and managing the overall project administration. Mr. Crissey is also actively involved in the preconstruction phase with estimating, purchasing and value engineering. He is responsible for preparing and distributing bid documents for subcontractor bidding; analyzing and comparing subcontractor bids for buyout and purchasing; defining subcontractor scopes of work; scheduling and overall project coordination.
 
 
Jorge E. Sanchez
Vice President
As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Sanchez is responsible for overall coordination with the Owner, Architects, and Subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Duties include: preparation of requisitions, subcontracts, scheduling and managing the overall project administration. Mr. Sanchez is also actively involved in the preconstruction phase with estimating, purchasing and value engineering. He is responsible for preparing and distributing bid documents for subcontractor bidding; analyzing and comparing subcontractor bids for buyout and purchasing; defining subcontractor scopes of work; scheduling and overall project coordination.
Edward C. Burch
Vice President
As Chief Estimator and Purchasing Agent, Mr. Burch is responsible for the management and coordination of the Company’s estimating department including preconstruction services, budgeting, value engineering, contract negotiations, competitive bidding, and awarding of subcontracts. Mr. Burch oversees the preparation of all outgoing bids, subcontractor bid packages and subcontract scopes of work. Mr. Burch is also responsible for establishing procedures for subcontractor prequalification as well as maintaining Beauchamp’s subcontractor database. Mr. Burch earned a Bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1995 and has over 19 years of experience with the Company.
